The hair is the thing that first stands out to me. It turns the entire shot into a little mound of sexy girl. ^ ^
I like the pink/purple pallette of the shot. Your skin looks exquisitely fair against those colors.
Your eyes look very alluring. The colors of your eyes actually look like a natural blue, which is interesting. (I might not be seeing the eyes as clearly as I could be; there's apparently a 2657×3985 size of this shot, but when I enlarge the shot, it's not nearly that big.)
The hand on the hip accentuate what appears to be a sexy figure.
And your face is really cute to me.

Incidentally, just a few days ago, I saw another cosplay of this character on some other site. It was much more revealing...and yet it still wasn't as alluring as this. ^ ^ That deserves some kudos, I think!
